Iman Shajari is the founder and Principal Loan Officer for BestCaplending LLC. With extensive experience across various facets of the Mortgage Industry, including Conventional, FHA, VA, High Balance, and Jumbo loans, Mr. Shajari brings a wealth of knowledge to his role for his team and clients. 

Having graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a bachelor's degree in business marketing in 2016, he is now receiving his MBA (Master of Business Administration).

Mr. Shajari was able to successfully pass the Safe NMLS Exam in June 2019 License number 1872968, earning him recognition as a nationally licensed mortgage (NMLS) loan officer and advisor. 

He was then hired and trained by Loan Depot, the industry-leading and largest non-bank direct lender in the nation, where he achieved numerous goals and set records. By 2021, he was acknowledged as one of the top producing loan officers at Loan Depot.

In 2022, he decided to expand his horizons and deepen his understanding of the broker sector. He joined one of the fastest-growing mortgage brokers in California, where he honed practical business skills to provide maximum value to his clients at the most competitive price. 

In 2023, Mr. Shajari embarked on a new chapter, parting ways with the company to establish his own national licensed mortgage broker business in Orange County, California. Currently licensed in over three states and growing, he and his team consistently deliver exceptional results across various loan programs.
